Children’s Picture Book
These illustrations come from a 40+ page picture book I designed and co-published. Combining playful narratives with whimsical and lively imagery, this project aims to celebrate and spark wonder about the natural world while raising awareness on wildlife endangerment among young readers. In many ways, it is an homage to the picture books of my own childhood, the ones that first inspired me to imagine and become the artist I am today.
The Yellow Penguin is REAL! My illustration was inspired by the extraordinary sight captured by wildlife photographer Yves Adams in 2021.
